Row Expressway as Devonshire Mall and environmentally friendly community partners provide recycling options. This event compliments the new food court’s recycling efforts striving to obtain “Zero Waste” status. Zero Waste is defined as reducing waste to landfill, incineration and environment by 90% or more. Since opening on June 27, 2018, Devonshire Mall has diverted 303,469 lbs of waste from landfills.
