Windsor - Dec. 10, 2012 - A computer outage at US Customs caused a massive traffic back up today on Huron Church Road leading to the Ambassador Bridge. Trucks were lined up as far as the eye could see, and at one point, the E.C. Row Expressway was closed to west bound traffic due to the number of vehicles trying to exit at Huron Church.
