Scotiabank is looking to fill 30 part-time bilingual positions at its new customer contact centre in Cornwall.

Cornwall - Mar. 8, 2011 - Scotiabank is looking to expand its workforce at the bank's recently-opened customer contact centre in Cornwall.

Scotiabank has an immediate requirement to fill 30 part-time bilingual (English and French) positions. The new positions will be part of Scotiabank's customer service team and successful candidates will be expected to join in early May.

The Cornwall Contact Centre opened in January with 26 officers.

"We are very pleased with the development of the Cornwall Contact Centre and our motivated workforce," said Jordan Maniglio, service and site operations manager for the contact centre.

"This new round of hiring will help us to further meet the needs of both our English and French customers, while providing Cornwall residents with future career advancement opportunities with Scotiabank."
