Art in the Park held a media conference today in the parking lot at Devonshire Mall. Windsor - May. 15, 2019: Local cycling advocacy group, Bike Windsor Essex, will join cyclists around the world to host the city’s 11th Annual Ride of Silence today, Wednesday, May 15. Every year, cyclists take to the roads in a slow, silent procession to honour cyclists who have been hurt or have died due to a collision while cycling on public roadways.
