Cornwall - Oct. 5, 2011 - Registrations are coming in and the anticipation is growing as BizFest gets closer to launch.

From October 17 to 21, business professionals from across the Cornwall region will come together at the Ramada Inn & Conference Centre to be energized with ideas and strategies focused on taking their firms to the next successful level.

“BizFest promises to be one of the premier professional development events ever presented by the Chamber,” reports Joey Gault, Chamber Director and BizFest Chair.

“The lineup features one of Canada’s top Creative Coaches, Gerry Visca and ‘Good-Jazz’ Dennis Van Staalduinen whose insights into balancing business sense with delighting customers are legendary.”

Gault notes two web sites to visit.

“The Chamber site at CornwallChamber.com features a video that gives a tantalizing taste of what’s in store while BizFest.ca will give people the complete week’s schedule.”

Gault also notes that by registering early, delegates will have a chance to win an Acer Iconia.

Along with an intensive week of outstanding professional ideas, BizFest has other activities in store. Thursday’s BizShow brings together a wide range of business focused products and services designed to enhance growth and success. Friday will be a special treat with a business mixer featuring well known local musicians Graham Greer and Tyler Kealey.
