SHORT SHIFT - Spits get past Storm, end home losing skid

Goaltender Xavier Medina making one of his 17 stops on the night. The Windsor Spitfires ended a seven game losing streak at the WFCU Centre with a 6-3 win over the visiting Guelph Storm. Curtis Douglas was the game's first star registering two goals and an a assist. The Spits are back in action this afternoon when they play host to Shane Wright and the Kingston Frontenacs.
