Bailey Selected by Buffalo Sabres
Kitchener Rangers forward Justin Bailey was selected by the Buffalo Sabres, 52nd overall in the second round of the 2013 National Hockey League Entry Draft on Sunday. The Rangers' seventh round pick in the 2011 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection, the Williamsville, NY native appeared in 57 regular season games this season.

Kitchener - July 1, 2013 - Kitchener Rangers forward Justin Bailey was selected by the Buffalo Sabres, 52nd overall in the second round of the 2013 National Hockey League Entry Draft on Sunday.

The Rangers' seventh round pick in the 2011 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection, the Williamsville, NY native appeared in 57 regular season games this season and totaled 17 goals and 19 assists, en route to being named the club's Rookie of the Year. The OHL Rookie of the Month for January, Bailey also attended the 2013 Home Hardware CHL/NHL Top Prospects game in Halifax, N.S, where he helped Team Orr to Victory.

In addition to a strong rookie season in Kitchener, the 17-year old also represented the United States at the Ivan Hlinka Memorial Under-18 Tournament in the summer of 2012 and was recently invited to attend USA Hockey's Selection Camp for the 2014 IIHF World Junior Championship.
