Christmas Eats and Some Sipping in Windsor and Chatham

Windsor - December 13, 2014 - We can become rundown during the Christmas season so we need to try to remember to take care of ourselves. Stay hydrated ... I will type that again, stay hydrated. Now this brought a grin to your mouth, and I wasn't meaning your favourite cabernet sauvignon or Christmas inspired baked apple pie martini or cold Stella. Aqua, yes water, however you like it, with ginger slices and cranberries, lemon, cucumbers or straight up, drink plenty.

You can also take a break and eat a healthy lunch or dinner at Carrots 'N Dates or get them to do some of your sweet treats so you have less baking. Take a load off at Salute Espresso and re-energize with a great cup of java and they have many twists. Keep moving with the cranberry coconut or goodtogo bars from Eat What's Good in Chatham. With all the walking you're doing, extra cleaning and taking care of guests and yourself, that baked apple martini sounds pretty good. Enjoy.
