Cornwall - Apr. 30, 2011 - The Benson Centre is now complete and is open to the public. On Friday night, the City of Cornwall and the 3 Plus 1 Fundraising Committee held a Gala to say thank you to the many local businesses and individuals who contributed towards the project.
