Stoney Point - Jul. 19, 2013 - There was lots of lightning in Stoney Point tonight - both out on the lake and over the fields. This evening, I learned how difficult it is to photograph lightning. A Google search and tons of experimenting and this is the best I could do. Clearly, I have lots to learn in terms of how to make the camera capture what I see. Perhaps, with a few beers - our buddy Tim Cornett could provide some insight and give me a much needed lesson. Nobody needs to know how long I stood outside trying get this picture...it was fun just the same!
