Essex - Mar. 9, 2020: Over 2,500 people were expected to attend Essex County’s premier Maple Syrup Festival at the John R. Park Homestead. The weather was great and visitors were able to make maple taffy in the snow, and see syrup being made the pioneer way. There were plenty of demonstrations and hands-on activities. Congrats to the organizers!
