Mark Habros Retiring
A friend of mine will be retiring this week, and I’m happy for him. I’m also happy for his wife and family. After over twenty five years in the steel industry, Mark Habros will be hanging up his safety helmet this Thursday. Mark (also known as Habs), is originally from Hamilton, and is a long suffering Buffalo Sabres fan. He is counting down the days to the NHL draft, with visions of Connor McDavid dancing in his head.

Windsor - February 9, 2015 - A friend of mine will be retiring this week, and I’m happy for him.

In the meantime, he is looking forward to a lot of travelling with his better half, Linda. They will be seeing the world as the self proclaimed “Vagabond Retirees”, with no clock, and no worries, and can’t wait to spend some more quality time with their children and grandchildren.

Habs, we’ve shared a lot of laughs through the years, especially on the hockey road trips, where what happened in Pittsburgh (or Columbus, or Buffalo, or Chicago) stayed there.

So, from Leisa, Andrea, Will and me, as well as all of the guys and gals at work, have a great retirement! We wish you and Linda all the best in the next chapter of your lives.

Thanks for everything, we’re going to miss you!!
