Tim Hudak's daughter in Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children

Progressive Conservative Leader Tim Hudak is asking media to respect his privacy as his daughter Miller is treated in hospital for an undisclosed ailment. Hudak has cancelled several public appearances recently to be with his wife, Debbie, as Miller receives care at Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children.

Toronto - Jun. 20, 2011 - Progressive Conservative Leader Tim Hudak is asking media to respect his privacy as his daughter Miller is treated in hospital for an undisclosed ailment.

Hudak has cancelled several public appearances recently to be with his wife, Debbie, as Miller receives care at Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children.

The Ontario Tory leader issued a statement saying he and Debbie wanted to express their appreciation for the concern, prayers and wishes they've received for three-year-old Miller.

Hudak says Miller is currently receiving excellent care at Sick Kids.

The statement says the Hudaks "truly appreciate that we continue to be given our privacy during this time."
