Cornwall Police Service: Official Media Release - June 21, 2011
The following is an official media release and/or announcement from the Cornwall Community Police Service: Duane Gore, 43, of Williamsburg was arrested on June 20th, 2011 on the strength of a warrant. A 17 year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on the 20th of June, 2011 for breaching his conditions.

Cornwall - Jun. 21, 2011 - The following is an official media release and/or announcement from the Cornwall Community Police Service:

WARRANT
Cornwall, Ont. - Duane Gore, 43, of Williamsburg was arrested on June 20th, 2011 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged that he failed to attend court on the 21st of July, 2008 and a warrant was in force. He was held in custody until court.

BREACH OF PROBATION
Cornwall, Ont. - A 17 year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on the 20th of June, 2011 for breaching his conditions. He was bound by a Probation Order with a condition to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour and to Abide by a curfew. On the 18th of June, it is alleged that he left his residence and did not return. Police were contacted and an investigation commenced. On the arrest date, the male was located outside a Cornwall secondary school and police were called. He was arrested for 2 counts of Breach of Probation and released to the custody of a parent. He is scheduled for court on the 07th of July, 2011 to answer to the charges. His name is withheld due to provisions under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
