The following is an official media release and/or announcement from the Ontario Provincial Police: On 12 Jul 11, at approximately 9:30pm, SD&G OPP officers had occasion to conduct a traffic stop on County Road 23, South Glengarry Township.

Long Sault - Jul. 13, 2011 - The following is an official media release and/or announcement from the Ontario Provincial Police:

CHARGES LAID
(South Glengarry) - On 12 Jul 11, at approximately 9:30pm, SD&G OPP officers had occasion to conduct a traffic stop on County Road 23, South Glengarry Township.

The stop revealed that the 27yr old male driver (Phillip ZOELLER of South Glengarry) was operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

He was arrested and faces charges of: Impaired Operation / Motor Vehicle, Exceed 80mgs / Motor Vehicle

He is scheduled to appear 26 Jul 11 in Cornwall court.

BREACHED CONDITIONS
(South Glengarry) â€" On 13 Jul 11, at approximately 1:30am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a 911 hang up on Willow Ave, South Glengarry Township.

The investigation revealed that an 18yr old male was found to be breaching his earlier release conditions.

He was arrested and faces charges of: Possession Schedule I, Fail to Comply with Undertaking or Recognizance

He was held in custody pending an appearance in Cornwall court.
