Collective Soul to headline Day Two of Cornwall Lift-Off
The Lift-Off stage will be rocking again tonight. American recording artists Collective Soul will headline tonight at 9:30 pm. Hailing from the city of Atlanta, Georgia, Collective Soul shot to international fame with their 1993 release Hints, Allegations and Things Left Unsaid, and their mega #1 hit ‘Shine’.

Cornwall - Jul. 15, 2011 - If you missed last night’s entertainment and hot air balloon launch, you will want to free your schedule so that you can make it down to Lamoureux Park tonight. The 15th Annual Kinsmen Cornwall Lift-Off festival heads into day two and the forecast calls for wall-to-wall sunshine with a 0% chance of rain.

The Lift-Off stage will be rocking again tonight. The night opens at 5:30 pm with Tim’s Myth followed by Cornwall’s own Graham Greer at 6:45. Ash Koley will make their Lift-Off debut tonight at 8:00 pm. You’ve likely heard their first hit single ‘Don’t Let Your Feet Touch Ground’ or ‘Sheep in Wolves Clothing’ featured in an episode ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ this season.

American recording artists Collective Soul will headline tonight at 9:30 pm. Hailing from the city of Atlanta, Georgia, Collective Soul shot to international fame with their 1993 release Hints, Allegations and Things Left Unsaid, and their mega #1 hit ‘Shine’. In the years since, Collective Soul has achieved multi-platinum status with #1 hits like ‘December’, ‘Where The River Flows’, ‘The World I Know’, ‘Listen’, ‘Precious Declaration’, and ‘Heavy’.

A spectacular fireworks show will take place at the conclusion of the Collective Soul show. The Lift-Off beer garden will be open from 5:00 pm until midnight. The Homeniuk Midway will run from noon until 11:00 pm and the CAS Kidz Zone will be open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. There is no charge to attend and use the Kidz Zone inflatables.

The weather looks promising for the hot air balloons to launch tonight. If you have never experienced life above the Seaway Valley in a hot air balloon, why not try it this weekend!
