Cornwall Police investigating a break and enter on Cumberland
The following is an official media release and/or announcement from the Cornwall Police Service: The Cornwall Community Police Service is investigating a break and enter which occurred between 7:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on the 27th of July, 2011 at a Cumberland Street address.

Cornwall - Jul. 28, 2011 - The following is an official media release and/or announcement from the Cornwall Police Service:

WARRANT
Cornwall, ON - Sharon Ann Jellow, 35 of Kingston was arrested on the 27th of July, 2011 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that between the 23rd of December, 2010 and the 28th of March, 2011, she breached her condition by failing to report in person to the Probation Office. She was located and released to appear in court on the 16th of August, 2011 to answer to the charge.

BREACH OF CONDITIONAL SENTENCE ORDER
Cornwall, ON - Mark Rudolph, 26 of Lancaster was arrested on the 27th of July, 2011. He was bound by a Conditional Sentence Order with the condition to obey a curfew between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. It is alleged that on the 27th of July, 2011 shortly prior 1:30 a.m. he was located by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service operating a motor vehicle. He was charged with breach of Conditional Sentence Order and held in custody until court later that day.

BREAK AND ENTER
Cornwall, ON - The Cornwall Community Police Service is investigating a break and enter which occurred between 7:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on the 27th of July, 2011 at a Cumberland Street address. The suspect(s) gained entry to the garage by an broken door. Once inside, the suspect(s) stole a Power Arc 4000 welder.
