Kingston man charged with Over .80 by Cornwall Police
The following is an official media release and/or announcement from the Cornwall Police Service: Scott Nichol, 48 of Kingston was arrested on the 4th of August, 2011. It is alleged that on the 4th of August, 2011 shortly prior to 2:30 a.m. a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service conducted a traffic stop and found the driver to be under the influence of alcohol.

OVER .80
Cornwall, ON- Scott Nichol, 48 of Kingston was arrested on the 4th of August, 2011. It is alleged that on the 4th of August, 2011 shortly prior to 2:30 a.m. a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service conducted a traffic stop and found the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. He was charged with Over .80 and released to appear in court on the 23rd of August, 2011.

WARRANTS, BREACH OF PROBATION & RECOGNIZANCE
Cornwall, ON- Brian Colborne, 19 of Cornwall was arrested on the 4th of August, 2011 under the strength of four outstanding warrants. He was bound by a Probation Order with the condition to Keep the Peace and Be of Good Behaviour. He was also bound by a Recognizance with the relevant condition not to associate with a certain person and to reside at a certain address. It is alleged that on the 4th of July 2011 an Order for Committal warrant was issued, on the 5th of July, 2011 a bench warrant was sought for fail to attend court, on the 11th of July, 2011 a Probation Warrant was issued and on the 13th of July, 2011 a warrant in the First instance was issued. Upon his arrest he was located by members of the Cornwall Community Police Service to be with the said person which he cannot associate with and not residing at a different address. He was charged with two counts of Breach of Recognizance and one count of Breach of Probation. He was held in custody until court later that day.

THEFT & BREACH OF PROBATION
Cornwall, ON- Christian Seguin, 27 of Cornwall was arrested on the 4th of August, 2011. He was bound by a Probation Order with the relevant conditions not to attend a certain Ninth Street store and to Keep the peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that on the 4th of August, 2011 he was located in the store by staff and had committed theft. He was charged with Theft Under $5000.00 and two counts of Breach of Probation. He was released to appear in court on the 13th of September, 2011.

BREACH OF UNDERTAKING
Cornwall, ON- Cory Leduc, 26 of Cornwall was arrested on the 5th of August, 2011. He was bound by an Undertaking with the relevant conditions to obey a curfew daily - be in your residence from 11pm to 7am except for employment as well as keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 5th of August, 2011 shortly prior to 1:00 a.m. he was located by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service walking on the roadway. He was charged with 2 counts of Breach of Undertaking and released to appear in court on the 23rd of August, 2011.
