Joint Forces Police Team execute warrant at Morrisburg residence

Corey FORGUES and Lisa MONTROY, both 34 years, were arrested at scene and transported to the Morrisburg OPP Detachment where they were later released on a Promise to Appear and Officer-In-Charge Undertaking. FORGUES and MONTROY are scheduled to appear on 6th of September, 2011 at the Morrisburg Provincial Courthouse.
Morrisburg - Aug. 8, 2011 - PROJECT PARADIGM IS A JOINT-FORCES DRUG ENFORCEMENT TEAM COMPRISED OF OFFICERS FROM THE ONTARIO PROVINCIAL POLICE DRUG ENFORCEMENT UNIT, CORNWALL COMMUNITY POLICE SERVICE, AND ONTARIO PROVINCIAL POLICE DETACHMENTS IN EASTERN ONTARIO.
On Wednesday the 3rd of August, 2011 members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau - Drug Enforcement Unit - Project Paradigm, OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) and members of the SD&G O.P.P. detachment executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (C.D.S.A.) warrant at 66 B High Street, Village of Morrisburg, Ontario.
The following seizures were made:
2 suspected Oxy Contin pills
16 grams of cannabis marihuana bud
Drug trafficking paraphernalia
Canadian currency
The potential street value of the seized drugs is estimated at approximately $200
Two adults were arrested and subsequently charged:

FORGUES and MONTROY are charged with the following offences:
1) Possession of Schedule I Oxy Contin
2) Possession of Cannabis Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking
