Cornwall Police release Traffic Plan for Triathlon
The Cornwall Community Police Service would like to advise the residents of our Community of the upcoming traffic detours as a result of the Triathlon taking place on the 21st of August 2011. These detours are necessary in order to ensure the safety of the participants and spectators.

Cornwall - Aug. 18, 2011 - The Cornwall Community Police Service would like to advise the residents of our Community of the upcoming traffic detours as a result of the Triathlon taking place on the 21st of August 2011. These detours are necessary in order to ensure the safety of the participants and spectators. Montreal Road to Boundry Road will be closed between 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. There will be road closures south of Montreal Road between Alice St and Marlborough Street.

Please be aware that a parking restriction will be enforced between Montreal Road and Boundry Road in order to ensure that emergency services have access at all times in the event of an emergency. All vehicles found in contravention of the parking by-law, will be subject to fines and towing at the owner’s expense.
