Cornwall Police charge two with Domestic Breach of Recognizance
The following is an official media release and/or announcement from the Cornwall Police Service: A 31 year-old Cornwall female was arrested on the 26th of August, 2011. She was bound by a Recognizance with the conditions not to associate or communicate directly or indirectly with her girlfriend.

Cornwall - Aug. 26, 2011 - The following is an official media release and/or announcement from the Cornwall Police Service:

THEFT
Cornwall, ON- Tanya Theresa Charbonneau, 22 of Cornwall was arrested on the 24th of August, 2011. She was bound by a Probation Order with the condition to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that on the 22nd of August, 2011 property was send to a neighbour and she stole the items. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with Theft Under $5000.00 and Breach of Probation Order. She was released to appear in court on the 27th of September, 2011.

WARRANT
Cornwall, ON- Jessica Belmore, 23 of Cornwall was arrested on the 25th of August, 2011 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that she was placed on a Conditional Sentence Order and failed to notified the Probation Services of her address. She turned herself to police and was held in custody until court the same day.

Cornwall, ON- Steven Thomas Coleman, 27 of Cornwall was arrested on the 25th of August, 2011 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that on the 15th of August, 2011 he failed to attend court. He was located and held in custody until court the following day.

DOMESTIC BREACH OF RECOGNIZANCE
Cornwall, ON- A 47 year-old Cornwall man was arrested on the 25th of August, 2011. He was bound by a Recognizance with the condition not to associate to communicate directly or indirectly with his 44 year-old ex-wife. It is alleged that on the 24th of August, 2011 the female received a letter from the male. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with Breach of Recognizance and held in custody until court the following day. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in this incident.

Cornwall, ON- A 31 year-old Cornwall female was arrested on the 26th of August, 2011. She was bound by a Recognizance with the conditions not to associate or communicate directly or indirectly with her girlfriend, not to attend within 100 meters radius of her place of residence and to abstain from the consumption of alcohol absolutely. It is alleged that on the 26th of August, 2011 police responded to a 911 hang-up call at which time the female was located under the influence of alcohol in her girlfriends residence. She was charged with 3 counts of Breach of Recognizance and held in custody until court the following day. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim.
