Two fires occur on same day in North Dundas
The Ontario Provincial Police are reporting that two fires occurred yesterday in the Township of North Dundas. On 01 Sept 11, at approximately 6:15am, a SD&G OPP officer observed smoke coming from a residence on County Road 31, North Dundas Township. On 01 Sept 11, at approximately 2:00pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a structure fire on Maple St. South Mountain, On.

Long Sault - Sep. 2, 2011 - The Ontario Provincial Police are reporting that two fires occurred yesterday in the Township of North Dundas.

On 01 Sept 11, at approximately 6:15am, a SD&G OPP officer observed smoke coming from a residence on County Road 31, North Dundas Township.

North Dundas Fire department attended the scene and extinguished the blaze. The residence suffered severe damage, there were no reported injuries.

SD&G OPP officers, assisted by OPP Crime Unit investigators along with the Ontario Fire Marshal’s office continue the investigation.

On 01 Sept 11, at approximately 2:00pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a structure fire on Maple St. South Mountain, On.

North Dundas Fire department, assisted by Ottawa Fire Service attended the scene and extinguished the blaze. The structure suffered severe damage, there were no reported injuries.

SD&G OPP officers, assisted by OPP Crime Unit Investigators along with the Ontario Fire Marshal’s Office continue the investigation.
