OPP lay charges in domesitc dispute in South Glengarry
The following is an official media release and/or announcement from the Ontario Provincial Police: On 08 Sept 11, at approximately 10:00am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a domestic incident on County Road 2, South Glengarry Township.

Long Sault - Sep. 9, 2011 - The following is an official media release and/or announcement from the Ontario Provincial Police:

DOMESTIC INCIDENT
(South Glengarry) - On 08 Sept 11, at approximately 10:00am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a domestic incident on County Road 2, South Glengarry Township.

The investigation revealed that a female and her 65yr old husband were involved in a verbal altercation that resulted in the male threatening to damage the residence.

He was arrested and faces a charge of: Utter Threat to Damage Property.

He is scheduled to appear 18 Oct 11 in Cornwall court.

THEFT
(South Glengarry) - On 08 Sept 11, at approximately 8:00am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a theft on 4th Line Road, South Glengarry Township.

The investigation revealed that sometime between 04th - 08th Sept11, unknown suspect(s) attended a shed and removed a generator and a wood splitter.

The investigation is ongoing.

OPP SEEKING INFORMATION,br> (South Dundas) - SD&G OPP need the public’s help in identifying the driver of a motorcycle that was involved in two incidents over the long weekend.

The motorcycle was observed travelling at very high rates of speed and passing other motorists in a dangerous manner on County Road 31, Dundas Township.

The motorcycle is described as a Blue & White “Ninja” type bike with a front fairing. The operator is described as wearing a full leather suit with matching colors.

It’s everyone’s responsibly to help keep our roadways safe, if you observe an aggressive driver please call your local OPP detachment.
