Three Cornwall individuals charged with theft from donation box
The following is an official media release and/or announcement from the Cornwall Police Service: John Sabourin, 37, Daniel Roschaert, 24 and Melissa Scoot, 24, all from Cornwall were arrested on the 20th of September, 2011. It is alleged that on the 20th of September, 2011 the three individuals stole a donation box from a local convenience store.

Cornwall - Sep. 22, 2011 - The following is an official media release and/or announcement from the Cornwall Police Service:

THEFT UNDER $5000.00
Cornwall, ON- John Sabourin, 37, Daniel Roschaert, 24 and Melissa Scoot, 24, all from Cornwall were arrested on the 20th of September, 2011. It is alleged that on the 20th of September, 2011 the three individuals stole a donation box from a local convenience store. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. They were charged with Theft Under $5000.00 and released to appear in court on the 4th of October, 2011 to answer to the charge.

THREATS & BREACHES
Cornwall, ON- A 17 year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on the 20th of September, 2011. The youth was bound by two Undertakings both with the conditions to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. The youth was also bound by a Recognizance with the conditions to reside at a certain address and abide by the rules of that residence. It is alleged that on the 20th of September, 2011 at approximately 9:00 p.m. the youth returned to the group home under the influence of alcohol and uttered threats to cause death to the staff. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. The youth was charged with Utter Threats to Cause Death, 2 counts of Breach of Undertaking and breach of Recognizance. The youth was held in custody until court the following day. The youths name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

BREACH OF RECOGNIZANCE
Cornwall, ON- Chantel Wolfe, 26 of Cornwall was arrested on the 21st of September, 2011. She was bound by a Recognizance with the condition of not to consume alcohol. She was also bound by a Probation Order with the condition to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that shortly prior to 2:30 a.m. on the 21st of September, 2011. She was observed by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division to be walking on Montreal Road while being under the influence of alcohol. She was charged with Breach of Recognizance and breach of Probation Order. She was released to appear in court on the 6th of October, 2011 to answer to the charges.
