Cornwall - Sep. 27, 2011 - The Centretown Cornwall Revitalization initiative is seeking the opinion of all residents of Cornwall about shopping and services offered in Centretown. The name of the project speaks to a larger goal of promoting the Downtown, Le Village, Cotton Mills and the Waterfront districts as a single area while still maintaining the individual characteristics of those areas. The results of this survey will be analyzed to form the cornerstone of the revitalization plan for our community.

Some of the key questions asked will be:
How often do you shop/visit in the following Centretown areas?
What new businesses or services would you like to see added to Centretown?
What do you like and/or dislike about Centretown?

“We are very excited to see the results from this survey, as these will be fresh and current comments and suggestions of what Cornwall residents want to see in Centretown” said Bryan Merkley, Chair - Centretown Cornwall The surveys will be inserted in the Seaway News on Sept. 29th and in the Standard Freeholder (Sept. 29th complimentary edition and Oct. 1st regular Saturday edition). The survey can also be filled-out online HERE

The completed printed survey must be returned to one of these locations by October 28th, 2011 at 5pm.
