Cornwall Police Blotter October 25
The Cornwall Community Police Service is investigating a break and enter which occurred between the 18th and the 24th of October, 2011 at a Second Street facility. The suspect(s) gained entry by an unlocked door and proceeded to removed a red orange Fender Squier Caster guitar.

Cornwall - Oct. 25, 2011 - The following is an official media release from the Cornwall Community Police Service:

BREACH
Cornwall, ON- Michael Dickenson, 44 of Cornwall was arrested on the 24th of October, 2011. He was bound by a recognizance with the conditions not to associate or communicate directly or indirectly with a certain female except for purposes of access to the children and contact be through a third party previously approved by the complainant. It is alleged that on the 24th of October, 2011, he was observed by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division to be with the female. He was charged with breach of recognizance and held in custody until court the following day.

BREACHES & DRUGS
Cornwall, ON- A 17 year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on the 24th of October, 2011. The youth was bound by a probation order with the conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, not to have contact with anybody known to have a drug or criminal record and abstain from the use of alcohol or non prescribed drugs. It is alleged that on the 24th of October, 2011, the youth was located by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division with someone with a criminal record. Subsequent to his arrest, the youth was found to be in the possession of a controlled substance. The youth was charged with 3 counts of breach of probation order and possession of a controlled substance. The youth was released to appear in court on the 10th of November, 2011. The youth's name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

BREACH & MISCHIEF
Cornwall, ON- A 15 year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on the 24th of October, 2011. The youth was bound by a probation order with the condition to keep the peace and be of good behavior. It is alleged that on the 24th of October, 2011 the youth caused mischief to a Montreal Road building with a spray paint. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. The youth was located and charged with breach of probation order and mischief. He was released to an adult with a court date of the 10th of November, 2011.
