Cornwall Police Blotter November 17
It is alleged that on the 16th of November, 2011 he left the residence with his mother's motor vehicle without permission. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. The youth was located and charged with 2 counts of breach of undertaking and take motor vehicle without consent.

Cornwall - November 17, 2011 - The following is an official media release from the Cornwall Community Police Service:

FAIL TO ATTEND FOR FINGERPRINTS & BREACHES
Cornwall, ON- A 15 year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on the 16th of November, 2011. The youth was bound by a probation order and an undertaking with the condition to keep the peace and be of good behavior. It is alleged that the youth failed to attend the police station for fingerprints on the 1st of November, 2011. He was located and charged with fail to attend for fingerprints, breach of probation order and breach of undertaking. The youth was held in custody until court the following day. The youth's name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT & BREACH
Cornwall, ON- A 21 year-old Cornwall man was arrested on the 16th of November, 2011. He was bound by an undertaking with the pertinent condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 16th of November, 2011 he got into an altercation with his 19 year-old girlfriend when he assaulted her. The victim was not injured. Police were contacted and an investigation following. He was charged with domestic assault and breach of undertaking. He was held in custody until court the following day. His name was not released as it would identify the victim.

THEFT
Cornwall, ON- Sophie Pineda, 21 of Cornwall was arrested on the 16th of November, 2011. It is alleged that on the 16th of November, 2011, she failed to place money in the cash register at her work place and concealed it. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with theft under $5000.00 and released to appear in court on the 20th of December, 2011 to answer to the charge.

WARRANT
Cornwall, ON- Lance Burgess, 21 of Cornwall was arrested on the 16th of November, 2011 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. He was bound by a probation order with the conditions of keep the peace and be of good behaviour and appear before the court when required to do so. It is alleged that he failed to attend court on the 15th of November, 2011 and a bench warrant was issued. He turned himself in and was charged with 2 counts of breach of probation. He was released to appear in court on the 29th of November, 2011 to answer to the charges.

TAKE MOTOR VEHICLE WITHOUT CONSENT & BREACHES
Cornwall, ON- A 15 year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on the 16th of November, 2011. The youth was bound by an undertaking with the relevant conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and abide by house rules. It is alleged that on the 16th of November, 2011 he left the residence with his mother's motor vehicle without permission. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. The youth was located and charged with 2 counts of breach of undertaking and take motor vehicle without consent. The youth was held in custody until court the following day. The youth's name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT & THREATS
Cornwall, ON- A 36 year-old Cornwall female was arrested on the 16th of November, 2011. It is alleged that on the 16th of November, 2011 she got into an altercation with her 47 year-old ex-boyfriend when she assaulted him and uttered a threat. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with domestic assault and utter a threat. She was held in custody until court the following day. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in this incident.

THEFT
Cornwall, ON- Grant Faulkner, 19 of Cornwall was arrested on the 17th of November, 2011. It is alleged that on the 15th of November, 2011 he attended an acquaintance's residence and removed property. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with theft under $5000.00. He was released to appear in court on the 6th of December, 2011 to answer to the charge.
