Cornwall - February 28, 2012 - Zumba Instructor Idalia Milan invites you to join her as well as her health and fitness partners for Zumba, Pilates and Yoga activities with all proceeds supporting the Cornwall Chapter of the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.

Come learn more about what matters to you. Professionals on hand will include relaxation massage, hair care, nail care, skin care and much, much more.

“This is a great opportunity for anyone who has never experienced a Zumba, Pilates or a Yoga class” according to Milan. She went on to say that “having additional health and personal care information available to the participants certainly adds to the event”.
