Big Wreck headlines opening night of Lift-Off 2012

Canadian music icon Ian Thornley, co-headlined the opening night of the Kinsmen Lift-Off 2012 with Sloan in Cornwall on Thursday. Thousands were in attendance in Lamoureux Park on Thursday night to enjoy great rock music, the view of hot air ballons floating by in the sky, and the bright lights and fun games at the carnival.

Cornwall - July 13, 2012 - Hard rock band Big Wreck, formed by Canadian music icon Ian Thornley, co-headlined the opening night of the Kinsmen Lift-Off 2012 with Sloan in Cornwall on Thursday.

The band who originally broke-up in 2001, reunited and started touring again in 2010. They also released their third studio album in 2012 entitled Albatross.

Thousands were in attendance in Lamoureux Park on Thursday night to enjoy great rock music, the view of hot air ballons floating by in the sky, and the bright lights and fun games at the carnival.
