Tyler Angle, with less than six minutes remaining in the game, got redemption, by tapping in his third goal of the season, which was eventually, the game winning goal. FULL STORY |

| Chris SavardHometownHockey.ca Windsor - Mar. 10, 2019: The Windsor Spitfires fell 4-1 on Saturday in Flint to the Firebirds. Meanwhile, the Erie Otters were 5-3 winners at home over the Mississauga Steelheads. As of today, the two teams are tied with 56 points for the final playoff spot in the OHL Western Conference. | StaffHometownHockey.ca Windsor - Sep. 22, 2016: The Windsor Spitfires launched their road to the Memorial Cup season with a 4-1 win over the Erie Otters in front of 5,418 fans at the WFCU Centre. Shaun Bily opened the scoring for Erie at 8:53 of the first period. It was all Spitfires from there on with goals from Cole Carter, Cole Purboo and Aaron Luchuk to give the home team a 3-1 lead after 20 minutes. The Oshawa Generals will battle the Erie Otters in a hard fought, offensively dynamic OHL Championship. The series starts on Friday and it's bound to be a good one. t this point in time, I just can't go against Connor McDavid and the Otters.
